  • If the customer accepted the special offer but did not send the photo or video content, it will affect the customer's rating. (See Offer Policy).
  • A customer requested something that wasn't in the original special offer.
  • You don’t have to agree to any changes to the terms of your special offer (for example, adding additional items or discounts). If the customer demands to change what you originally offered, you can either cancel the special offer or complete the transaction on the original terms.
  • Instances beyond your control.
  • The item arrived late, but tracking shows that you shipped it on time.

We automatically adjust the percentage of late shipments and remove reviews when:

  • A carrier scan shows that you shipped within processing time, even if it arrived late.
  • The carrier scan shows that the item arrived with intended delivery, even if you sent it late.
  • If there is no tracking or the carrier has not scanned the package, it will not be considered a late shipment unless the customer indicates that the shipment was delayed.

Global Shipping Service "Fullfilment by LookBerry"

When you use FBA, you are responsible for the safe delivery of packages to FBA's logistics delivery centers. If an item is damaged or lost after delivery to an FBA shipping center, you are protected if:

  • The customer alleges that the item was not received.
  • The customer alleges that the item was damaged during delivery.

For more information, see the Fullfilment by LookBerry Global Shipping Service Policy.

  • Weather conditions or delivery service disruptions caused the item to arrive late

Your shipment has been affected by delivery delays caused by weather conditions or other carrier induced events. The shipment gets scanned by the carrier during your processing time, even if the item arrives late. We recommend that you delay the shipment or cancel the transaction.

  • LookBerry money-back guarantee requests If we resolve an LookBerry money-back guarantee case or appeal in your favor, we will remove the reviews associated with the transaction.
  • If the customer reports that the item was not received If you ship the item within the specified processing time and upload tracking prior to the estimated delivery date from one of LookBerry's integrated carriers that indicates successful delivery, you are protected.
  • If the customer reports that the item does not match the description If the customer sends a return request because the item does not match the description, you are protected from negative feedback if you offer a free refund, accept the return and refund the customer's money.
  • If the customer doesn't ship the item back In cases where we do not receive shipment confirmation from your customer while the return request is active, we will protect you by removing any negative feedback left regarding that transaction after automatically cancelling the return request.
  • Recurring Claims Customers cannot use more than one resolution method to get a refund. Once a resolution method has been selected, the customer must use this method for the duration of the resolution process.
  • Protection against payment disputes If a customer files a payment claim and the transaction is protected under our Seller Dispute Protection, we will refund the amount disputed, waive the dispute fee, and remove the review associated with the transaction.
  • Eligibility for Protection If you do any of the following, you are not entitled to any seller protection:
  • Operate under a false name.
  • Fail to keep your service commitments (for example, not following the return policy).
  • Have a history of serious rule violations, such as selling counterfeit or prohibited items.
  • Abuse protection, i.e. make frequent complaints about false "Products not as described” reports.
  • To be eligible for the protection, you must:
  • Offer refunds within 30 days or more.
  • Provide a partial refund to refund the actual value of the item only when it is returned in a condition that differs from the original.
  • Most transactions on LookBerry are covered by Seller Protection. However, the following situations are not considered:
  • Items that violate LookBerry's policy on prohibited items.
  • Items in categories excluded from LookBerry's refund guarantee (automobiles, real estate, websites and businesses for sale, advertisements, services, digital content, intangible items).
